Order processing time
Order cut off time is 06:00pm (PST).
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
If we receive a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is within 7- 15 working days. Deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods during this time
It is possible that due to some objective reasons such as inclement weather, orders may be delayed for a few days. We will notify via email

Late delivery, damage or loss during transportation
If goods are lost or damaged during transit, we will do everything in our power to assist you.
If the parcel is delayed due to unpredictable reasons, please contact us.
Return the parcel to the sender
If the parcel is returned to the seller due to the buyer’s error, such as an invalid address or the buyer did not receive the parcel in time, the buyer will be responsible for paying additional costs for the returned parcel.
