1. What is Coleon.store return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Promotional or discounted products are not eligible for returns.
Lingerie, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will cover any costs of exchange or refund for you.

The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
